**User Agreement**

This agreement is jointly signed by you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and OSE Block. By using the services of the exchange, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1. **Acceptance of Agreement**

By registering, accessing, or using the services of the exchange, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this agreement and the exchange's privacy policy.

2. **Eligibility**

You confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts under applicable law. If you are representing a legal entity, you declare that you have the authority to bind that entity.

3. **User Registration**

a. Users must register an account on the exchange platform and provide accurate and complete personal information.

b. Users agree to keep their account information updated to ensure its accuracy.

c. Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts, including any unauthorized use.

4. **Service Description**

The exchange provides a digital asset trading platform where users can buy, sell, and exchange digital currencies.

5. **Trading Rules**

a. Trading instructions issued by users will be executed in the exchange's system, and once confirmed, trades cannot be revoked.

b. Users must understand and accept the risks of digital asset trading, including market volatility and potential financial losses.

6. **Fees**

Users agree to pay all service fees as stipulated by the exchange. Fees may be adjusted at any time and will be announced on the website after such adjustments.

7. **Risk Disclosure**

Users acknowledge and accept the high risk associated with digital asset trading, and the exchange is not responsible for any losses incurred by users due to the use of its services.

8. **Disclaimer**

The exchange does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the services. Users are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the services.

9. **Dispute Resolution**

This agreement is governed by Singapore law. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration.

10. **Modification of Agreement**

The exchange reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the services after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised agreement by the user.

11. **Termination**

The exchange may terminate a user's account at any time for any reason, without any liability.

12. **Governing Law**

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
